Tips for Returning Coach Wallets- Store Returns

Prepare to return your Coach purse by locating you’re in-store purchase receipt or billing invoice. Coach stores will not accept returns without a receipt or other proof of purchase. Examine the purse to ensure that it is in a condition that is acceptable for return. Your purse should have the tags attached and be free from any signs of wear or dirt. If your purse came with a dust bag, key fob or other accessories, they will also need to be included with the return.

Locate a Coach store in your area. To locate a Coach Retail location, visit the Coach website and use their "store locator" tool to find the closest location. If you purchased your Coach purse at a retail location other than a Coach store, such as a department store or an outlet retailer, you will not be able to return your Coach purse at a Coach store. Rather, you will need to return the item to the retail location from which the item was originally purchased.

Provide your Coach purse, sales receipt or invoice and any accompanying accessories to a customer service associate at the Coach Store or retail location. If you originally paid for your purchase with a credit or debit card, you may be asked to provide your card to the associate in order to credit your account for the amount of the return.
